It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet by anyone while being transmitted.
REFUND POLICY “We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange Guarantee on every product we offer. Please contact us by email or the “contact us form” in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card or PayPal used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Partial credit or refund may be given for a partial order returned.
Shipping Policy Orders placed by 1 pm Pacific time Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm PST are shipped the next morning.
Orders placed after 1 pm Friday through Sunday night are shipped Monday Morning Orders $75 and over will qualify for free 1st class shipping; free shipping does not apply to Priority mail upgrade.
Tracking your Order: Orders Placed using a credit card will receive an email from our shipper with the tracking number once shipped. Orders placed using PayPal WILL NOT receive the tracking email, rather, the tracking number will automatically show in your PayPal account under the Petsneedmeds transaction.
