Q: What is the FATTY MEAL needed with the flea medicine Lufenuron?
A: Wet dog or cat food is ok as a fatty meal, but not the low-fat variety. Adding a teaspoon of olive oil or cooking oil makes it 10 times better as a fatty meal. Dry food is not considered a Fatty meal; you can mix it with wet food and a teaspoon of oil to make it appropriate.

Q: How old should my cat or dog be to use the flea and dewormer products?
A: Pets should be 6 weeks and older.
Q: Can your capsules be opened?
A: Yes, the gelatin capsules can be opened and the powder mixed with food instead of giving it whole; it does not make any difference in effectiveness.
Q: Why do you not keep a record of my credit card on file for easier reordering?
A: We take security very seriously, when you pay with your credit card you are on an SSL secure connection with the processing bank, the information you send is encrypted and once the payment go through your card number and information are no longer available online or on our servers, we can only see the last 4 digits, it may be a little inconvenient but way more secure than keeping you credit card number on a server somewhere.
Q: Why did I not receive extra bonus capsules like I used to with multiple orders?
A: Unfortunately, the price of almost every material and supply we use has gone up. We are trying to save money here and there to avoid increasing our product prices, cutting down on free capsules, as one of the measures we took to save.
Q: I ordered two packs of the monthly free control and one pack of the dewormer, but when I opened the envelope I got in the mail, there was only one box inside. What should I do?
A: Well, first, before contacting us, open that one box you received. Your three (or more or fewer) orders will be inside that box. In order to save money and the environment, we use as few boxes as possible to send the orders. Depending on the product and capsule size, one box can fit quite a few orders.
Q: Your shipping options for first-class mail say 3-7 business days for delivery. It has been more than that, and I still have not received my order.
A: As we posted on our home page, orders placed before 1 pm Pacific time on business days will be shipped that same day; orders placed after 1 pm or placed any time on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Once a package is given to the postal service, it is out of our control. Since Covid19 started, there has been a major slowdown in mail processing and delivery due to the extra precautions taken by the USPS. Less than 1% of packages ever get lost, so do not worry, you should receive your order, a bit late sometimes, but these are the times we live in now.
